Description
500 Rounds of .308 Win Ammo by Sellier & Bellot Military Surplus 1970s Production – 147gr FMJ *Corrosive*
.308 win ammo for sale, First off, this is corrosive ammo. That’s not as scary as it sounds – it just means you have to clean your rifle with hot soapy water, Windex, or Ballistol solution as soon as you’re able following your target shooting session.
Failure to do so will let rust accumulate inside of your rifle.
This ammo also requires a heavy hammer spring.
It’s specifically designed for the FN FAL or HK G3, so a civilian rifle’s hammer spring quite likely lacks the force required to reliably ignite this ammo’s primers.
We haven’t yet determined (A) whether this ammo has Berdan or Boxer primers; (B) if this ammo is loaded with magnetic bullets; or (C) what this ammo’s muzzle velocity and energy are.
This military surplus 308 Win ammo by Czech manufacturer Sellier & Bellot was produced during the late ‘70s for FAL and G3 rifles.
It’s in remarkably good condition considering that it has been sitting in storage for over four decades, and it’s ready to get out into the world and finally serve its purpose.
Simple 147 grain FMJ projectiles are all a target shooter needs to hone his craft!
