Description
Bronze is PMC’s target grade line of ammo, and this round’s stable, streamlined 130 grain bullet offers strong accuracy. It leaves the muzzle at a subsonic velocity of 1,100 fps and retains roughly 86 percent of that velocity at the 100 yard line. That gives this target round a .150 G1 ballistic coefficient, requiring that the bullet only rise about 4.25” to hole out a bullseye at 100 yards. It’s a full metal jacket, so it feeds and shoots clean but at the end of the day it won’t do any exceptional damage to whatever happens to be on the wrong side of a car door.
South Korean manufacturer PMC makes all of their components in-house, choosing only high quality raw materials for the job. You should certainly save these rounds’ brass cases if you handload or know anyone who handloads, and look forward to only light cleaning after igniting their non-corrosive Boxer primers
PMC’s Bronze Handgun is manufactured with the same quality and dependability built into the Starfire ammunition. All PMC cartridges must pass through the rigorous inspection of the electronic powder check station. If the propellant in any cartridge varies by as little as two-tenths of one grain, the system stops, and that cartridge is discarded. No other ammunition manufacturer can truthfully assure you greater uniformity and reliability than PMC. These valued characteristics run throughout their entire line.
